Football!
(Or Soccer to those of you from the USA)
The activity embedded below is based a matching resource (euros / numbers in Spanish). It is pre-set so that the game is limited to 2 minutes...:
...
This next one is based on randomly selected gaps from a text, based on a text resource about "ma ville". This time the game has been pre-set so that the winner is the first to score 3 goals.
...
Note that both of the above are 1 player games -- the student plays against textivate. (You can also set it as a 2 player game, see the example below.)
(Click on the ? icon at the top of each screen for help if you need it.)
...
Finally, the game below has not been pre-set, so the student can choose whether to play a timed game or a "first to..." game, and they have the option to select a 2 player game, to play against another student (who is sitting with them), for example. (This is the option you would use to play a team game in class with 2 opposing teams, using a projector or IWB).
This time the text is "Sam el gato", daily routine in Spanish, and the gaps are based on the words selected for the user-defined gapfill for this resource.
N.B. You need to choose a game type (First to / Minutes) before you can start the game.
