Testing a few textivate worksheets

We've been working on implementing worksheet printing on textivate.

This is a service that will only be available for subscribers.

The idea is that you'll be able to type / paste in a text and have access to a wide range of worksheet printing options, in addition to all of the interactive stuff on the site.

We've now implemented simple worksheets for the 11 tile screens (the first ones in the list of activities based on a text, numbered from 6 to 24) and also the horizontal tile screens - 6, 8, 10, auto (*) and paragraphs (<p>). 16 screens so far.  We've managed to achieve a reasonable range of consistency of appearance, but I guess there will be changes in the coming days / weeks.

The tile worksheets can be used either by numbering the tiles in the correct order, or by cutting them up and doing some kinaesthcetic work.

We've tested it in ie7, ie8, ie9, Firefox, Safari, Opera and Chrome. It works best in Chrome - I'm afraid it isn't yet working properly in Opera...

The pdfs in this blog post were created using Google Chrome, by selecting the save to pdf option.

Just examples. (BTW I've no idea what the Korean text says - just copied it from a Wikipedia article about Korea...)

Please let us know what you think, if you have any problems etc, via the contact form on the textivate website.

We'll be adding more worksheet printing options to the other screens in the near future.

See this 90 second video (without audio) showing just how easy it is to do:
